We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Ruach Luxe Hair Collections is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They include information about orders, shipping, cancellations, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
When purchasing products or creating an account, you may be asked to provide your email address, billing information, shipping information, and payment details. You agree that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Please contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display our products, colors, and textures accurately. However, their appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, and devices.
Due to the nature of human hair and customized coloring, slight variations in color, texture, curl pattern, and finished appearance may occur. These variations do not necessarily indicate a defect. This does not excuse an incorrect product or a material difference from the specifications ordered.
Please review the product specifications and select your preferred length, density, lace size, lace type, and other available options before purchasing. Any customization requests, including cap size or root color, must be clearly provided through the designated ordering fields or confirmed with us before production.
Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change. Changes do not automatically alter the agreed specifications or price of an accepted order.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline orders for lawful reasons.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Ruach Luxe Hair Collections reserves the right to accept or decline an order for any lawful reason. If we decline or cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled items.
Standard orders may be canceled within 72 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been fulfilled or shipped. After that period, or once the order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellation is unavailable under our standard cancellation policy.
Custom Wig Orders are subject to the separate cancellation terms stated in our Custom Wig Order Policy. Once customization or production has begun, cancellation requests may be approved at our discretion and may be subject to the applicable Custom Processing Fee disclosed in that policy.
Custom-colored wigs and specially customized units are subject to Custom Wig Order cancellation and final-sale terms. Silver Allure Collection wigs are considered customized units because they are specially colored or prepared to achieve their designated silver or gray shade and finished appearance. Root color applies only where specified in the product listing or confirmed order.
Please review the applicable customization and final-sale terms before purchasing. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We may contact you regarding order updates, verification, customization details, shipping concerns, or payment confirmation.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, Custom Wig Order Policy where applicable, and other applicable store policies.
SECTION 4 — PRICES, BILLING, AND PROMOTIONS
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. The applicable price and eligible discounts are displayed at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
Posted product prices may exclude taxes, shipping charges, and customs or import duties. Customers are responsible for charges disclosed at checkout and applicable duties or fees imposed by authorities, unless otherwise stated.
Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly permitted by the offer’s terms.
SECTION 5 — PROCESSING, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY
Processing time and shipping transit time are separate. Processing occurs before an order is shipped. Transit time begins after the carrier receives the package.
Standard Processing and Shipping
Standard orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated standard transit times after shipment are:
U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days, unless a different estimate is displayed for the selected service at checkout.
U.S. Expedited Shipping
U.S. expedited shipping is available for eligible orders where offered at checkout.
Expedited orders require 3–5 business days of processing before shipment, followed by an estimated 2–3 business days in transit.
Selecting expedited shipping does not eliminate processing or customization time. The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout.
Custom and Specialty Orders
Custom wigs, custom-colored units, specialty orders, and Silver Allure Collection wigs may require additional processing time. Expedited shipping does not shorten customization or production time unless we expressly confirm otherwise.
Shipping Charges and Free Shipping
Shipping options, charges, and available delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.
Our $300+ free-shipping offer applies to eligible U.S. standard shipping only, subject to the offer’s checkout conditions. Expedited shipping is excluded. International shipping is paid and does not qualify for this U.S. free-shipping offer.
Delivery and Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Please contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment or shipment.
If your package is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked delivered but has not been received, contact us promptly so we can review the situation and assist with the appropriate carrier inquiry.
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional details. Nothing in these Terms excludes delivery-related rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
