• International Orders: 7–15 business days

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Ruach Luxe Hair Collections is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered.
RETURN SHIPMENTS
Ruach Luxe Hair Collections is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping method when returning any approved item.
CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges depending on their country’s regulations.
