REFUND POLICY

At Ruach Luxe Hair Collections, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products. Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final unless eligibility requirements are met.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
• Lace must not be cut, tinted, or customized
• The product must remain in its original packaging
• No signs of wear, brushing, combing, or product application

Any item that does not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the sender.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns on:
• Worn or used hair
• Customized wigs or colored units
• Sale or promotional items

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once approved:
• You will receive return instructions
• Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
• Provide tracking confirmation

Approved returns must be shipped within 5 business days after receiving return instructions.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

• Ruach Luxe Hair Collections is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed return shipments
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We do not guarantee acceptance of returns that do not meet our policy
• Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully delivered

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

• U.S. Orders: Refund processed within 5–7 business days
• International Orders: Refund processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
